Camp will be $300. A $50 NON_REFUNDABLE deposit is required with all applications regardless of scholarship requests. Scholarships are available by filling out a scholarship application form. Cost includes activities, food, and accommodations for the week. Costs does not cover airport transportation, flights, linen rental or camp store accounts.

Application Process
1) Click below for the camper application.
2) Save it to your computer.
3) Fill out by typing or handwriting it.
4) Then send it in as an email attachment, fax or send snail mail.
5) ALL SECTIONS MUST BE FILLED OUT.
6) A $50 deposit MUST be sent in with your camper application to secure your spot.
6) You may choose to send in a full payment also.
7) If you are seeking a full or partial scholarship for some of the remaining amount, you will need to fill out a scholarship form below.
8) Campers will be accepted on a first come first serve process. If we fill up, then we will put you on a waiting list. If you are not selected because we are full, your money, including your deposit, will be returned.

4) We will have volunteers waiting at the gates for all campers to arrive. We will get all campers to their necessary gates for departures home too.
5) Campers will take a shuttle to the camp with volunteers escorting them, paid for by the families.
6) If your child’s flight is late or your child misses their flight, please call 706-248-9328 immediately so we can make arrangements.
7) There will be an additional fee of $50 for the shuttle if you are flying to camp. This fee includes transportation to and from the airport both before and after camp. This must be paid prior to camp.
8) If you choose to ship luggage to camp, please send 1 week ahead of time to ensure luggage gets their on time. If you want it sent home, please be prepared to pay for postage.
9) You will be responsible for baggage costs home too. Please check your airlines for fees. Please also send reciept of payment for luggage.
10) All flying campers will be responsible for emailing us your flight information 3 weeks prior to camp so we can make the necessary arrangements.
